The Story Behind

A Grandfather’s Dream

Tina is the heart of our shop, a mannequin with a big personality who inspired the name. She returned to Brockville to bring her grandfather’s handwritten recipes to life.

Her grandfather worked on the rails and collected recipes from his travels. Tina used his notes to build a menu of familiar, honest dishes and treats.

The Train Stop is more than food. It's a place for the community to meet, share stories, and slow down. Stop by for a bite and say hello to Tina.
